START YOUR ENGINES! Historic U.S. Route 6 Iowa Association's annual River to River Retro Road Trip is set for September 17 (Thursday)-September 19 (Saturday)! The ride begins in Davenport and ends in Council Bluffs, Iowa. The annual River to River Retro Road Trip was developed and launched in 2011 by former Historic U.S. Route 6 Iowa Dir. Dave Darby. It has become an anticipated annual tour of the scenic, winding Iowa roadway and the small towns that dot the drive along the way.
